We get back around the table, ladies and gentlemen, to discuss a keystone from the 80s; Steven Spielberg's E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. In a rare moment, Dalton does not make it to the table, so Alex searched high and low for a decent replacement; please welcome @huffmanheath Heath Huffman as he provides a generic trope reading of the film. The rest of the gang talk psychoanalysis, cultural immersion, christian iconography, and narrative scoring. We talk about what movie creatures we would like as pets or friends. And we end as always, with what has us fired up in pop culture.
